Thank you for shopping at ConsumeSavvy. We value your satisfaction and want you to enjoy your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your item, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full or partial refund, subject to the conditions below:
Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Electronics must be returned with all original accessories and packaging intact.
Items that are damaged due to misuse or unauthorized repairs are not eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
Used or damaged products (unless defective on arrival).
Clearance or final sale items.
Digital/downloadable products (if applicable).
Gift cards.
3. Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo or video of the issue. We will offer:
A replacement (at no additional cost),
Or a full refund if the item is no longer available.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please email us at consumesavvyinfo@gmail.com with the following:
Your full name and order number
Reason for return
Photo(s) of the item if damaged or defective
We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
5. Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we will cover return shipping costs.
If you are returning for other reasons (e.g., changed your mind), you will be responsible for the return shipping.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please return your item and place a new order.
